Overview
Iyuzeld Háw-slaw was founded durring the late 12th century in spring of the year 1095, by Thraaz vyim Rovuldfilf. The establishment of Iyuzeld Háw-slaw suffered from many setbacks, delays, and obsticles, most notably a group of Iyuzeld Háw-slaw which required millitary assistance exterminate before the community could finish being built.
Iyuzeld Háw-slaw was built using the conventions of Gnollish durring the late 12th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Iyuzeld Háw-slaw is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature timber framed wooden shiethed or brick construction, which gives form to a very formalized, rational, expence effishent arcatectural style based on strictly symmetrical designs which universaly feature pitched roofs, shutters, and the occasional column or pilaster for a decorative touch.
Iyuzeld Háw-slaw is buildings are arranged arrounded a highly ordered system of narrow split-log ties streets which form triangular paterns, allowing the incides of the octagons to be common grounds for the buildings on the edges, be it for parkland, yardspace, plazas, or markets. The town is the proud owner of a thick set of fortified walls fashioned from querried stone blocks. While not up to snuff for a fort or castle wall, the town's walls are naturaly much larger than those of forts or castles. Therefore, the construction such a wall is most expencive. Iyuzeld Háw-slaw's buget focused wall would serve its community well in battle in spite of looking unimpressive compared to castles and fortresses. The top tier civilian fortifications have not been wellmaintained over the years, and while functional are in dire need of some loving care and perhapse light renovation.
Right off the bat Iyuzeld Háw-slaw hits you in the face with its success. Everyone, even the peasants, are dressed in well made clothing. Every tool and implement you can see is finely made, and people will boast to you as obvious strangers of the wonders which can be found in their markets. More interestingly is a total lack of beggars, and plenty of new buildings are going up even as you speak. Somehow this town has come into quite a lot of wealth, and recently from the looks of things. It’s easy to see where their wealth comes from the more you look arround. Every aspect of the town has been developed with care and great thought. The people themselves act deliberately and with care in even the simplest of daily actions.
Civic Infrastructure

Iyuzeld Háw-slaw has a monistary of an order of Civil Monks, who provide divine-related services to the general public and maintain Iyuzeld Háw-slaw's public wards, blessings, and other arcane systems.
Iyuzeld Háw-slaw possesses an older civil lighting system consisting of street lamps. These lights provide nighttime illumination to most city streets.
Iyuzeld Háw-slaw has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands.

Cultural Notes
While Iyuzeld Háw-slaw might ostensibly be ruled by some other power, real control lies with the senior members of the local craft and labor guilds. Their decisions have the practical weight of law, and much of their time and effort is spent squeezing out competitors and parceling out economic opportunities in the community. Some guilds might have little or nothing to do with their original trade, and now exist purely as shells for political influence.
Iyuzeld Háw-slaw's bank was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used embraces individualism and experimentation. It emerged as a movement against traditional, classical styles and sought to make buildings dynamic and fun while breaking the rules. The style incorporated elements of previous architectural styles in exaggerated and whimsical ways. Traditional, conservative leanings were void in this era, with most scholars of architecture agreeing it was a time of “anything goes.”.
